A cleaner and more reader-friendly version of our Recommended Reading List is coming soon.

This new version focuses on making it as easy as possible to read and learn about great work, as recommended by SFWA Members in good standing. If you have a PDF version of your work to share among logged in SFWA Members, that will make for an optimal reading experience!

Either way, please include cover art or related visual content to prettify your entry, and fill out the notes field and awards field where applicable. If your recommended work was published in a magazine, that magazine’s issue cover will do quite nicely for a visual!

Use quotation marks for a short story, novelette, novella published in a larger collection or issue, poem, comic issue, TV episode script, or essay. Standalone published novellas, novels, anthologies, poetry, and essay collections, graphic novels, TV series and film titles, and video games don't need quotation marks!
Please enter a number greater than or equal to 2025.
Using numbers, not letters (January - 1, February - 2, etc.)

Choose as many as make sense for the work. These are NOT one-to-one matched with Nebula Awards categories, though some may overlap. We just want to celebrate great work!

This service is provided so that members who have works that are not free-to-read can also share their work with fellow SFWA members. These uploads are NEVER shared publicly. We now have a much more engaging interface for people to read PDF and epub on the site itself, so PLEASE use those forms if possible.
