Submission Forms for SFWA Events
Welcome, brilliant SFF creator! If you’re joining us for a future SFWA Event, or if you’re setting up an event of your own through a SFWA Committee or other project team, you’ve come to the right place.
The forms below might seem a little exhaustive! But pay attention to the parts that aren’t required; if you’re not sure about something, you can probably just skip it. We’ve set up these forms to anticipate presenters and project teams who might want to cover a lot of ground at once, but if you only have one event to add, that’s perfectly fine!
Presenters: If you need to modify your presentation data, as it shows up on the presenters page and our events cards, please do so here! The system will automatically default to your most recent entry, as assessed by your email, name, and/or website. We hope this filtering system captures most variations, but if for whatever reason your latest entry doesn’t knock out the old one, please write to events@sfwa.org or office@sfwa.org so that we can make the adjustment for you.
And thank you for everything you do. It’s not just about SFWA. It’s about showing up for fellow creators, which you do so well.
Are you a panelist or other presenter for one of SFWA’s many internal and external events? Please fill in this form to be added to our system, which matches author bio and photo information to events wherever possible – and also celebrates all our presenters on sfwa.org/presenters.
And if you ever feel like your bio or photo is out-of-date? Simply resubmit this form! The system will automatically prioritize the most recent version matched under your email.

If you are part of a SFWA committee or project, and you have an event you’d like to set up for presentation on SFWA.org, please fill out the following form. Your submission will be reviewed by Flight Crew, and all proper volunteer and link assignments will be set up in co-ordination with that team.
Please include all your presenters, so that Flight Crew can add them to the event card if they are in the system. Please also tell your presenters to fill out our presenters form (above), to optimize self-promotion across the website.
If you need to make further adjustments to this event after the fact, please write to flightcrew@sfwa.org with your new requirements.
