Thank you for letting us be part of your promotions journey! Book campaigns are tough business, but our team is highly enthusiastic about getting word of your amazing latest work, as fellow SFWA members, out to as many readers as possible.

To submit a request for your new release(s) to be included in our next New Release Newsletter, please complete this form:

Submissions to the New Release Newsletter (NRN) are open to SFWA members in good standing. Members submitting to the New Release Newsletter must have memberships up-to-date on the 10th of the month, our deadline for inclusion in that month’s newsletter.

Your new release can be a work of prose (short story collection, novella, novel) or an audio production of any length, whether traditionally or independently released. This new release may also be a game of the tabletop or video game variety, or a book of poetry or graphic novel in the speculative mode. The most important part is that your work should be in the general wheelhouse of science fiction, fantasy, related horror, and all the other slippery subgenres that speculative fiction contains. Nonfiction pieces on SFF topics are also welcome!

The NRN comes out monthly. Submissions are limited to one per author per month.
