How do I pay my dues?

Steps to Renew Your Membership:

  1. Log in to: http://www.sfwa.org/member-links/manage-profile/
  2. Enter your password (lost passwords can be recovered via the “forgot password” link on the login screen).
  3. On the next page titled “My Profile” under “Membership details” you should see a dark grey box that says “Renew to [Your Date].”
  4. Click on that dark grey box.
  5. You will then be taken to a page to update your membership data. If everything looks good there, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see a dark grey box that says “Update and next.”
  6. Click on that dark grey box.
  7. You’ll be taken to another page with payment instructions. You’ll have an option at the bottom right of the blue box with the payment instructions to either “Invoice Me” or “Pay Online.”
  8. If you would like to “pay online”, click on the dark grey, “pay online” button.
  9. That will take you to the credit card field.
  10. If you would like to have the system invoice your email address, click on “Invoice Me” you will receive instructions on how to send a check or money order to our PO Box. This will take you to another screen where a dark grey “view/pay invoice” button will be visible in a yellow box. If you click that dark grey box, an invoice will be sent to you via email with instructions.
  11. We also have an option to pay online via PayPal if either credit card or check does not work for you. Please send an email to operations for instructions.
