What we will need to know right away is the nature of the creative work and the grievance. Who is it against, and how they have responded to you so far? Please be as specific as possible. If the prior steps that we advise you take have been followed, you are a SFWA member or eligible to be one, and your grievance is one that we can provide assistance for, a Griefer will be assigned to your case and will follow up with you to collect your supporting documents.
