First of all, congratulations on making the sale!

To upgrade your membership, we’ll need you to complete the following:

1.) Send an email to office@sfwa.org with the following:

• Qualifying Market Name
• Payment Amount
• Title of Work
• Date of Sale
• Date of Publication

2.) We’ll also need you attach a copy of your qualifying contract or the table of contents or title page with your name displayed. These can be sent as .pdf, .jpg, or .doc.
