2025 SFWA Officer Elections

Thank you for participating in the 2025 SFWA Officer Elections! You must be a Full Member to vote in officer elections.

Below you will find ballot instructions and due dates to participate in the 2025 elections.

Remember: in order to access the links below, you must login before you can access the links!

The 2025 Officer Election information (including platforms) can be found at https://www.sfwa.org/forum/forum/306-sfwa-elections-2025/.

Instructions:

1.) Review Instructions and Due Dates on this page.
2.) Review Candidate platforms.
3.) Select Candidates.
4.) Submit Ballot.

Voting begins on February 25, 2025, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and will run through March 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

If you would like to request a paper ballot, you may do so by emailing operations@sfwa.org or write to:

Should you decide to participate via paper ballot, ballots must be received by March 11, 2025. The last date to request a paper ballot will be March 2, 2025. If you vote by both paper and online, only your paper vote will be counted.

The ballot will open on February 25, 2025, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time.

The ballot will open on 2/25/25.
