Below you will find ballot instructions and due dates to participate in the 2024 elections.

2024 election info (including platforms) can be found at https://www.sfwa.org/forum/forum/296-sfwa-elections-2024/ – you must sign in first and then click the link to access the link.

Instructions:

1.) Review Instructions and Due Dates on this page.
2.) Review Candidate platforms.
3.) Select Candidates.
4.) Submit Ballot.

Voting begins on March 14, 2024, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and will run through April 11, 2024, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

If you would like to request a paper ballot, you may do so by emailing operations@sfwa.org or write to:

Should you decide to participate via paper ballot, ballots must be received by April 11, 2024. The last date to request a paper ballot will be April 2, 2024. If you vote by both paper and online, only your paper vote will be counted.

 

The ballot will open on 3/14/24.
