Nan Dibble (1942-2006)

Author and fan, Nancy A. Dibble passed away March 7, 2006 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. A long time resident of that city, she was born in Brooklyn, New York on Sep. 8, 1942.

In the 1970s and '80s, Nan wrote a number of science fiction novels as Ansen Dibell, including the King of Katmorie series. She also wrote Plot, which was a Writer's Digest Elements of Fiction Writing book.

There is no visitation, but a memorial service will be held at 7:30 P.M. Friday, March 10 at Gilligan-Siefke-Grueter Funeral Home, 3671 Warsaw Ave. Memorials may be made to The Scratching Post, 6958 Plainfield Rd., Cincinnati OH 45236. She is survived by her brother James Jay Dibble.
