Sturgeon and Campbell Award Finalists

Chris McKitterick, Associate Director of the Center for the Study of Science Fiction, has announced the finalists for the 2005 John W. Campbell Memorial Award and 2005 Theodore Sturgeon Memorial Award.

The Sturgeon Award is for the best short science fiction of the year, and the Campbell Award is for the best novel as judged by a jury selected by Center for the Study of Science Fiction at the University of Kansas. The top 3 finalists for each award will be announced at the 2006 Campbell Conference, which will be held at the University of Kansas, in Lawrence on July 6 - 9.
