Would That It Were(R) is a quarterly on-line magazine of Historical (Victorian) science fiction, paying competitive rates at the upper end of the eZine market ($0.03 - $0.10 / word depending on length; average is $0.05 / word) for excellent stories of approximately 3000 words, of which at least some part must be set in or refer to the period from 1830 - 1930.
