The session will be from 5:30PM-7:30PM in the North Atrium of Crown Center, immediately adjacent to the Westin. The event is sponsored by Waldenbooks, Crown Center and Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America. It will be followed by a reception in the Westin. The autographing is open to the public. The reception is for attendees only.
Authors wishing to participate in the event are urged to contact Keith
Stokes at sfreader@sff.net as soon
as possible. Please include the title and ISBN of your most recent
release.
Waldenbooks has requested 6 weeks notice to be sure they can get everyone's
books in. That would be March 15th. We will attempt to accommodate those
who notify us later, but urge
folks to get their information in as soon as possible. Those who notify
us earlier have more chance of being included in publicity for the event.
